
As a member of the club you are able to access our TrainingPeaks online training platform and use it to plan and record your training effort.

After joining the club, HERE we can send you a link which allows you to connect to the club's TrainingPeaks Online Platform. You will need to register with TrainingPeaks https://www.trainingpeaks.com/
The basic app is free but you can get extra functionality by paying extra. You will then be visible on our platform.

For Club Members, downloading the templates to your Training Peaks profile is FREE. You decide when you start the program or you can have them finish in line with an important race you might have coming up.
We have designed the programs so they can take advantage of the regular club runs, whatever your level of fitness. Particularly, The Tuesday Track Session, The Thursday Tempos, The Saturday Run and The Sunday Long Run
We are assembling a great team of online coaches that can connect to your Training Peaks account and help tailor the templates to your specific needs. This can be as granular as you and your coach define.
In addition to the formal running coaches we also believe it is important to consider the broader aspects of fitness so we have Johanna Chan and Vicky Sham offering Yoga and Nutrition respectively to provide you with a complete program to improve your fitness.
One on One Coaching from all of our Coaches is a paid service and you can sign up with your chosen coach through our links below.

Erwan is a former French national athlete who specialises in strength & conditioning for running, running plans, lactate threshold training, running techniques, coordination, injury prevention and downhill techniques.
He is a full time Running Coach visited by middle and long distance runners (road, track, cross-country, trail, ultra-trail running, ultra road-running).
Erwan is skilled in running mechanics. He designs strength & conditioning programs in order to make your running gait more economical, aerial, smooth and decrease the risk of overuse running injuries..
Packages Available:
OPTION A: INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS. 1-to-1 Personal Training at Joint Dynamics.
Full Running Assessment is 1400 HKD.
Individual Sessions 1350 HKD - 10% discount for Gone Runners = 1215 HKD.

Elliot is known amongst the Gone Runners and the Hong Kong Trail community as a glutton for punishment.
Since his first trail race in 2016, Elliot has been actively challenging himself to go above and beyond his comfort zone, tackling races and personal challenges ranging from 50km to 100 miles, and most recently, the Hong Kong 4 Trails Ultra Challenge (HK4TUC), widely considered as one of the hardest ultramarathons in Asia, which he survived in a time of 63:44.
Elliot has recently taken his love for ultrarunning to the next level, adding science to his experience to become a UESCA certified ultrarunning coach.
He is currently coaching runners looking to complete their first 100km race to seasoned ultra runners training for upcoming road and trail 100-200 miles races.
Elliot will create a detailed training plan, and closely follow your progress along the way. The training plan includes run and strength workouts, stretching, training milestones, and race strategy.
Though most of the coaching is done online, for local runners, Elliot organizes regular runs together to gauge how the training is going.

Casey has been coaching athletes since 2004, a fully qualified running coach, sports therapist and strength and conditioning coach. His training plans are a complete package, running schedule plus strength and conditioning plan to build your running body and keep you injury free.
He coaches absolute beginners taking their first steps in the sport right through to international standard athletes competing at world championship level.
Well known in HK supporting many accomplished athletes including Nikki Han, the only woman to finish the HK Four Trails Ultra Challenge in under 60 hours, Mo Devlin with multiple podium finishes and Winnie Khattar who went from non runner to HK 100 finisher in just 6 months.
Casey will help you create a custom program through ONGOING MONTHLY SUPPORT at HKD 800 per month

Vicky is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach based in Hong Kong. She received her training in integrative nutrition, holistic wellness, gut health, and coaching techniques from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Vicky offers one-on-one coaching to individuals who are inspired to reach their health goals in a sustainable way
What can you expect from health coaching? Each programme will be personalised but you will likely set and accomplish goals, explore new habits, identify and reduce cravings, increase energy, feel better in your body, improve your personal relationships. Ryan is a personal fitness trainer and sports coach based in Hong Kong. He has experience in coaching strength and conditioning for Premier League Football teams Tai Po and Eastern. He also has helped corporate teams with their training for Bloomberg square mile and moontrekker.
Ryan’s sporting background has gone from national level racket sports and dragonboat to an accomplished trailer runner based in Hong Kong. Proud member of the Gone Running – Joint dynamics team, recent results have including 1st place at Fast 50km, Ultra Trail Unseen, Koh Chang, ‘unofficial’ trailwalker mixed record and 3 x moontrekker winner.
